You are more than just a body
Are you dissatisfied with your weight? Then you are not alone. Here’s some facts from my book FEAST OR FAMINE:

Twenty years ago the average fashion model weighed eight percent less than the average American woman. Today she weighs 23 percent less.
If Barbie was a life-sized human her waist would measure 46cm (18 inches) and she wouldn’t menstruate.
The US Institute of Medicine has found that those who lose weight on diets regain two-thirds of the lost weight within one year, and almost all of it within five years.
I encourage you to love the body you are in! You are perfect just as you are, whatever your size. Love who you are and spend your energy on becoming passionately engaged in your own life and interests, rather than just your physical appearance – you are more than just a body!
